Donna Quinn has a curious mind. That's good, since she hosts a half-hour live interview program that offers a glimpse into the unique people, places and things that make the Lower Columbia-Pacific Region unique.
The topics on TOOTS (Talk of Our TownS) vary: a guest from a worthwhile non-profit addressing an upcoming educational workshop, a quirky author with a newly published tome. Perhaps a pirate living aboard ship in the Ilwaco Harbor. TOOTS explores the eclectic and far-reaching interests of the Coast Community Radio audience.
Donna Quinn is the author of a children's book (to be published in Fall 2006), and president of Quinnessential Connections, a consulting and team-building company. She is a volunteer with the Astoria Co-Op and Lower Columbia Hospice; and is a licensed minister, officiating at weddings, ceremonies and funerals.
Donna appreciates the authentic grittiness of Astoria and likes living in a walkable town with a real working waterfront.
